The Rev. Maryalice Sullivan, Vicar
I delighted to be the Vicar of St. Peter’s and St. Andrew’s. I prefer to be called by my first name simply, Maryalice. I am married to John and have four grown children and a number of grandchildren who you will see at church quite often. You will often hear me say we are headed off to Connecticut for a birthday, anniversary, a school function or just to be together as a family. It is truly a blessing that we enjoy each other’s company and always look forward to the next time we gather.
I am a graduate of Yale Divinity School and have been ordained for almost thirty years. During that time I have served several parishes of various size. John and I were privilege to live in Tanzania for a short time where I served mostly at Holy Cross Parish in Magila. I find it a privilege and a blessing to be a priest. God has called us together. Our job is to continue in pray and listen to God who is leading us on this journey.
The Rev. James Kelliher – Jim, Deacon
Myself and my three children are the fourth and fifth generations, in my family, attending our home parish in Pawtucket, the parish of The Good Shepherd. I was actively involved in the various parish ministries so it came as no surprise when I asked and was granted their endorsement and sponsorship to the Diaconate. Having been ordained, now, for nearly four years, this is my second assignment, and I am overjoyed to be here, as this parish has always held a place in my heart. I attended worship here for a few years in the late 80’s. I have a passion for those who have less and hope together we can find ways to serve the people of our neighborhood and neighborhoods throughout the world. God has called us together for a reason. Onward.
