In service to others, the Gospel comes to life.
We welcome your involvement in our ever-growing outreach efforts.
We provide groceries, clothing and other supplies to anyone in our community in need. Through partnerships, grant opportunities and donations, we endeavor to offer ESL classes, citizenship classes, childcare services, cooking classes, and job assistance programs in the very near future!

Pete & Andy’s Food Pantry
Since the 1970s, the food pantry at St. Peter’s and St. Andrew’s has provided fresh produce and canned goods every week to our neighbors in the Mt. Pleasant neighborhood. Last year we served more than 2,700 families and distributed over 250,000 pounds of food.
Guests of Pete & Andy’s Food Pantry pick up groceries and other supplies every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. at the church. If you are in need of groceries, please stop by for produce, dairy, meats, bread, juice and canned goods.

Pete & Andy’s Thrift Store
Pete & Andy’s Thrift Store offers home goods, clothing and toys - at little or no cost - to those in need. The thrift store began in 2020 and operates on a weekly basis on Saturday mornings starting at 9:30. We welcome donations to the thrift store. Please contact us if you have items to donate.
COVID-19 Testing and Vaccinations
Through a partnership with Lotus Noire Health, we have been able to offer weekly COVID-19 testing, vaccinations and boosters at the church. If you would like to be tested or vaccinated, please visit the church on Saturday between 9:00 and 11:00.
UPDATE: Vaccinations have been discontinued since June of 2022.
Events
Community events are an excellent way for us to meet one another, celebrate the blessings that God has given us, and imagine new ways to enrich our parish.
Each year we host neighborhood block parties, Christmas Fairs and more!
We hope that you can join us for these fun events!
